Refund Policy

At Cogent IAS, we strive to deliver the highest quality content and support to all our students. However, due to the nature of digital educational services, all purchases made on our platform are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or access-related technical failures, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and must include proof of payment and a valid reason.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside of these guidelines. Users are advised to thoroughly review course details, demos, or sample lectures (if available) before enrolling in a course.
